Clerk refuses to file CV-19 case handed her by man with bare face

A sui juris petitioner, Justin Olsen, has filed this complaint in Sumner County, Tenn., northeast of Nashville. (Photo Justin Olsen)

I have filed lawsuit in an 8-page petition for injunctive relief against the Sumner County Government for constitutional infringements of myself and the citizens of this county.

At the door, they tried to make me wear a mask and get a health screening. I refused, and so they let me in and pointed me to the clerk’s office. While standing there waiting, one of the clerks came up to me and asked me where my mask is.

She offered to get me one and I told her I’m not going to wear one. Then she got angry with me and said she’s not going to help me because I’m not wearing a mask.

Another infringement of my rights while trying to file a lawsuit for these exact types of infringements. She was willing to help me get a mask, but not file my lawsuit. Another nice clerk offered to help me and the lawsuit was filed. Please pray that God’s will be done.
